Our iBUILD™ computers can be configured by you, online – you choose a starting point, from a number of systems that we have put together (see the iBUILD start page), then you can change the processor, the memory, the hard drive, add a monitor, keyboard etc. You then place your order online or by calling us. We will build your system to your exact specification and then despatch it to you, FREE of charge, fully built and tested. You should receive it within 2-3 working days of your order. And iCOMPLETE™? iCOMPLETE™ systems start off with a monitor, keyboard & mouse and an operating system. So an iCOMPLETE™ system is for those who want to replace their system entirely – you can still configure it but there is more flexibility in an iBUILD™ system. I see you have iBUILD™ Motherboards as well. Can I add a processor and memory to these? That's the idea of the iBUILD™ Motherboards – choose a motherboard that suits your needs and then add a CPU and memory to it online; we'll then assemble and test it for you for no extra charge. Do you test your PCs before despatch? We thoroughly inspect and test every PC before we send it to you. Do you install drivers and security updates? All relevant drivers and security updates are installed before shipment. What do I do if I have a problem with any product I've purchased? Please call or email our Technical Support team with as much information as possible about the problem. You can also send us details on the Support page. ShippingWhen will I receive my order? You will normally receive your order within 2-3 working days. This may change if any items are out of stock or if you have ordered a complex custom-build PC; in these cases we will contact you immediately to let you know of any delay. We will send you an email when your order is despatched, informing you of an expected delivery date. I need my order urgently – what are my options? If you need items quickly then please choose from our Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery options – we will then jump you to the front of the queue and despatch items that are in stock by next working day courier. For urgent custom builds please order by 2pm. Please note that some PCs require extra testing and it may not be possible to despatch them on the day of order. If in doubt, please call us. Will you ship to a different address from my invoice address? Owing to the strict internet security of our Merchant account we cannot offer this service for web orders placed through our checkout system. However you can use Google Checkout (available on the Shopping Cart page) to do this. I live in Scotland – do you deliver there? We deliver throughout the UK and to some countries elsewhere in Europe – if you live in the Scottish Isles or Northern Ireland or outside the UK there may be an extra shipping charge. CollectionCan I order on the web and collect from you? Yes, just choose Collection from our shipping options – we will then contact you to arrange a time for you to collect your order from our shop in Bedford, UK. You can collect any item, including iBUILD™ Custom PCs. PaymentDo you impose a credit or debit card surcharge? We do not charge any extra for using credit or debit cards. Do you accept payment by cheque or by bank transfer? Yes, please call us for further details. Can I pay using Google™ Checkout? Yes, just click the Google™ Checkout logo during the checkout process. Can I pay using PayPal™? Yes, just click the PayPal™ logo during the checkout process or select PayPal as a payment option on the payment page. How much will I be charged and when? The cost of your order is clearly displayed at the bottom of your shopping basket. Any shipping charges will also be shown on the Checkout, Payment and Confirmation pages. The amounts are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and, possibly, some other currencies. Any amount shown in currencies other than GBP is just for your information – you will be charged in GBP. To calculate the amount in currencies other than GBP we use the daily inter-bank rate – please be aware that this is not necessarily the rate that will pertain on the day we charge your order and your bank or credit card company may use a different rate and also charge you for the conversion. So that we can inform you of any payment problems, we will charge your order, in Pounds Sterling as shown on your order confirmation, when it is being prepared for despatch. WarrantyWhat sort of warranty do you offer? All the desktop computer systems that we supply (iBUILD™, iCOMPLETE™ etc.) come with a FREE 2 year warranty on parts and labour with FREE collect and return of the goods. This is far, far better than the warranty given by most PC suppliers in the UK market – we can do this because of the quality of the components we use and the care with which we build your PC. What if I open up the PC – does this void my warranty? No – unlike many other companies we realise that you may well want to install new cards into your PC. As long as you're careful and do not damage any of the existing hardware (so please avoid discharging static electricity near the boards) then the warranty will continue.
