Please note that we charge £50 inc VAT to diagnose the problem and we guarantee that the final repair will cost no more than £70 inc VAT in labour costs. Any parts required will be charged at our best possible prices.

Gather everything together – normally we will just need your computer so you can leave out the keyboard, mouse and other external devices. Have a clear idea of what the problem is – if you can describe the fault to us we'll be in a better position to fix it quickly.
Then just follow step 1 below (we'll take care of steps 2-7!). At all stages you can login to your account on powerc.com and check the status of your repair.

- We’ll start to diagnose the problem and will recommend a remedy as quickly as possible.
- We will produce an estimate for any parts and extra labour needed (up to a maximum of £70 inc VAT for the labour costs). We will give you an estimate of how long the repair will take.
- If you're happy with our estimates, we'll carry out the repair.
- We will update your online account as the repair progresses and contact you when it's complete.
- We will give you a detailed service report when you collect your computer.
- We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the repair.

- We will let you know immediately if any parts are needed and we will supply those parts at very competitive prices.
