"Having ordered and been seriously let down by another PC manufacturer [MESH] I kept coming back to the powerc website during subsequent research for a new PC base unit, seemed a good small efficient company, so I gave Power a go.
I spec'd up a PC and was quite astounded when told I could 'have it tomorrow'; I took advantage of this offer and was not disappointed, it arrived at 11:45 the following morning.
Excellent service, but a few weeks later, the PSU and card reader failed almost simultaneously, whether these two events were linked I don't know; but these things happen. Powerc said they would collect the PC & repair it, free of charge of course. I decided to take it back the 70 miles myself, [saved waiting over a weekend for collection] and within an hour the base unit was ready for collection, upgraded psu in place, new card reader installed, and this was a Saturday morning.
Happy service staff, can't be faulted. I would recommend powerc to anyone - in fact I have several times - superb customer service.
